The Waters Senior Living is a developer, owner, and operator of senior living communities in the greater Twin Cities metro area.  The Waters Senior Living is expanding with senior living communities in several locations throughout the area.  The communities offer living options that include Independent Living, Senior Living with Services, Memory Care and Enhanced Care.

Our mission is powerful yet simple.  We are committed to create communities that thrive by offering living and working experiences centered on wellbeing and customer service.  Our dedication to innovating the senior living experience is shown through partnerships with thought leaders such as the University of Minnesota’s Center for Spirituality & Healing.

Based in Minnetonka, MN, The Waters Senior Living is the senior-focused arm of Shelter Holdings, a privately-held company that has been in business for nearly 30 years.  Shelter Holdings develops, manages, and owns residential real estate with a focus on two key areas: senior living and multi-family communities.
