Job Description: | PURPOSE: To drive traffic and generate sales for MOA and its tenants using social media. To assist in the dissemination of key messages of MOA and promote MOA as the premier retail and entertainment complex. To utilize social media platforms to advance MOA online presence. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: *Develop and execute social media campaigns and strategies with measurable results *Create, edit and post updated video content on MOA social platforms & website *Develop curriculum and teach MOA employees and MOA tenants regarding social media *Coach and train Enhanced Service Portal employees *Monitor appropriate messaging and develop MOA "voice" *Research and recommend new platforms and trends in social media *Monitor all media MOA content (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, FourSquare) *Post on behalf of MOA on all outlets in a timely fashion (daily, hourly) *Monitor and research what other companies are doing in social media to keep MOA on the cutting edge of social media *Maintain MOA/PR style, voice guidelines, and marketing objectives in all social media content *Create schedule, coordinate and maintain blog content *Identify and connect with key bloggers (local, regional, national) *Coordinate overall strategy and direction for social media *Utilize metrics and analytics to monitor traffic and trends *Effectively foster relationships with online parties PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: *Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations or Marketing preferred. *Three years of experience in the field preferred. *Understanding of Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Foursquare, Wordpress (blog) and other social media venues. *Understanding of video production and editing for the digital and social platforms *Good verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organizational skills *Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously |
