Job Description
REMEDIAL/MAKEUP - MATH activities and support for Grades 6 - 8

DATES & SUMMER HOURS: June 12 - June 28
Wednesday, June 12 - set up day; 7.5 hours
Monday, June 17 - Friday, June 21; 3.75 hours per day; NO SCHOOL June 19
Monday, June 24 - Friday, June 28; 3.75 hours per day

3.75 hours per day, plus set up day, plus 1 hour at the end of the program for paperwork. Total hours are 42.25.

HOURS: 7:30am-11:15am.

SITES: Anoka Middle, Coon Rapids Middle, Jackson Middle, Northdale Middle, Oak View Middle, Roosevelt Middle

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Requires current Math License. Must be physically working in the building.
This position may be filled immediately by an appropriately licensed candidate (PELSB Tier 3 or Tier 4 license).
Applicants should update Summer Programs page to emphasize experience and expertise related to teaching struggling learners in summer school.
(Anoka-Hennepin will make every effort to hire teachers with full standard licenses in the assigned subject and grade level.)

RATE OF PAY: All Summer School Teachers will receive the hourly rate of $36.80 in accordance with the working agreement as stated in Article X, Section 6. Teachers will be paid for teaching time plus prep time.
