Facilities Maintenance Tech
Job Location US-CA-Rancho Mirage
ID 2024-11004 Status Full Time Shift Day Schedule Mon - Fri Hours of Work 7am-3:30pm
Responsibilities

Carry out general maintenance functions to assure clients and staff a safe and comfortable environment.

    Required Technical Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • Ensure that high standards of safety are developed, met and maintained
  • Ensure that facility and grounds are maintained in accordance with relevant regulations, agency standards and fiscal considerations.
  • Ensure that equipment and furnishings are maintained in a safe, operable condition and / or arrange for replacement
  • Arrange for or provide training for staff and clients as relates to safety and maintenance topics
  • Perform all job functions in a safe manner to minimize risk of injury to self and others
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years building systems maintenance experience
  • Current driver's license
  • Minimum 2 years free from chemical use

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Vocational or technical training
