WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

This is an exciting opportunity to visualize and design the roadmap for our data, from raw materials to actionable insights! Shape how we plan, use, and unleash the power of information across the entire supply chain.

ANALYTICS AND DIGITAL PROCESSES:

  • Deep dive into SQDCC, E2E PFEP, and Inventory data

  • Prioritize, align, and escalate digital initiatives for the ISC team

  • Ensure ISC data adheres to best practices, privacy, and security across platforms

  • Steward ISC data in enterprise platforms and solutions

ISC DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT:

  • Fluent in Tableau & PowerBI, proficient in Snowflake exploration

  • Collaborates on projects, addresses daily JIRAs, and fuels value through the reporting hub

  • Guides analysts on reporting needs, readily offering expertise

  • Investigates digital tools (PowerApps, AI, etc.) and champions future capabilities with Digital teams

ISC ANALYTICS:

  • Financial: ePPV/aPPV, Payment Terms, Inventory, Locks, AOP

  • Supply Resiliency: Supplier Risk, In-Region, Dual Source, Catastrophes

  • ESG: Diversity, Assessments, Scope 3, Outreach

  • Other: Scorecards

ISC DATA GOVERNANCE:

  • Owns changes to key ISC data like Dual Source Flags, Taxonomies, and Cost Models

  • Leads access groups and requests for reporting platforms and tools

  • Maintains and grants access to Process Excellence tools, including SharePoint and Supplier Experience

  • Collaborates with Digital teams to prioritize ISC efforts and ensure reporting needs are met

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; TOGAF certification or similar data architecture education

  • 10+ years experience, including Snowflake, Tableau, SQL, data strategies, RDBMS/NoSQL/Cloud data models

  • Proficient in phased delivery and complex environments

  • Experience interfacing with diverse systems and data sources

  • Working knowledge of data procurement from SAP

  • Fluent English, strong international program management skills

  • Experience contracting and managing software vendors and integrators

  • Adaptability and problem-solving in a multifaceted environment
