Job Description

Module Associate


We are looking for a Module Associate who will report to the Modules Supervisor. As part of your role, you'll be on a team where we are creating new ways to get people moving forward, where their experiences are measured by emotion rather than distance. All around the world, our products, achievements and aspirations are a reflection of our teams' exceptional expertise.


YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:


  • Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions.

  • Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers.

  • Perform visual inspections of finished products.

  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems. Identify quality problems and recommend solutions.

  • Align, fit, assemble, connect, or install system components, using jigs, fixtures, measuring instruments, hand tools, or power tools.

  • Attach brackets, hinges, or clips to secure or support components or subassemblies, using bolts, screws and rivets.


YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:


Required:

  • Ability to stand and work for several hours on a concrete floor and manually move product and materials through regular physical exertion, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and bending.

  • Must work at a reasonable pace and within our quality and production standards while maintaining accuracy while effectively communicating both verbally and in writing.

  • Production standards may require overtime to meet our customers needs.

  • Regular and reliable attendance.


Preferred:

  • Knowledge and previous use of basic hand and power tools.

  • Manufacturing or assembly experience.

  • Demonstrated dependability in previous employment.
