Your Opportunity: As the Vice President of Client Services at Venture Solutions, you will be leading a client services department of approximately 90+ employees. This division provides regulatory digital communication products and services to Fortune 500 companies, primarily in the financial services, healthcare, and insurance industries.

You will be responsible to lead our continued transformation from strong partner to an advisor with our clients. You will drive organizational eectiveness through identifying continuous improvement opportunities in current workow and processes. You will lead your team to consistently deliver measurable results regarding client satisfaction, supporting year-over-year revenue & profit growth, and other performance metrics - plus have some fun working in a positive and dynamic work culture, leading an incredible team.

Focus and Deliverables:

  • Defines business strategies by applying knowledge based on customer market.
  • Responsible for retention and growth of the existing client base through individual efforts and efforts of the account management team to deliver quality service.
  • Responsible for setting revenue and expense budgets as it relates to the strategic accounts and service cost of those accounts.
  • Work closely with sales, IT, and operations leadership to ensure appropriate pricing, revenue targets, and improved cost of sales as % of revenue against budgets are achieved.
  • Develops metrics to measure success and holds team accountable for tracking, reporting and achieving established goals.
  • Drives cross-functional client care and escalation processes.
  • Works closely with business leaders across the organization to ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
  • Work closely with sales to understand target markets and the skill sets needed to successfully support the markets.
  • Talent management and development including hiring, training, scheduling oversight, process improvement, the creation and tracking of Key Performance Indicators, leadership and execution of retention activities associated with development and mentoring.
  • Provide customer analysis and management reports.
  • Embrace the culture of continuous improvement and lean methodologies and actively leads continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create and manage best practices and methodologies for successful Client Service engagements throughout the customer life-cycle.

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 7+ years of experience in an industry-related leadership role
  • Leadership skills - ability to lead and engage in all activities required in a rapidly-changing environment focused on cost containment, revenue enhancement, and essential operating income performance
  • Ability to build and grow internal and external relationships and organizational agility skills are paramount
  • Critical thinking and strong business & financial acumen
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
  • Strong Project Management skills including the ability to effectively support crisis situations and resolve conflicts
  • Ability to articulate and share a vision, the transmission of optimism, and the ability to obtain input and then, share purpose-driven goals
  • Skilled in Customer Relationship Management software
  • Proven process improvement and change management skills and experience
  • Travel will be required, up to 20%

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Experience working in digital communications, especially in technology software solutions related to secure/customer communications or financial industries
  • Bachelor's Degree in Client Services/Relationship Management, Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline
