Sr. Compensation Analyst, AF Solutions

This role will work on the Atrial Fibrillation (AF) Solutions Sales Compensation team supporting compensation of over 700 US sales representatives. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with high performing teams across sales strategy, field training, finance, and compensation as well as interact directly with our field sales. The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will work cross-functionally to build and maintain compensation plans that drive business performance and overall sales strategy. In this role you will assist in the management, production, and analytics of commissions paid to our US AFS Field Sales. The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will be accountable to ensuring the accuracy of all compensation data such as employee data, revenue performance, account alignments, compensation rates, etc.

Your Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborates with finance, sales leadership, marketing, IT and other sales operations functions to deliver on commercial strategies and drive a continuous improvement culture.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation plans, develops actionable insights, and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.
  • Provides field sales management with insights, analysis, reporting, and tools to drive field sales personnel performance.
  • Ensures the timely and accurate monthly / quarterly commissions payments and accruals.
  • Enhance and modify sales compensation systems. This includes the layout, testing and validation of plan changes and commissions calculation accuracy.
  • Conduct ad Hoc modeling and analysis as requested.
  • Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies/procedures, federal, state, & local compensation laws & regulations

What we're looking for in you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of analytical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Excel experience - at a minimum basic formula understanding; VLOOKUP, MATCH, INDEX, etc.
  • Ability to be both a team player and work independently.

  • Anaplan software experience
  • Sales Operations experience
  • Sales Compensation experience
  • Medical Industry experience
