We develop intuitive and easy to use hearing screening devices working to advance hearing healthcare as part of the Demant Group since 1995.
We're hiring a dynamic Sr Sales Manager responsible for leading a high performing team at our Eden Prairie, MN office; driving sales, marketing, customer support, and clinical support of our diverse product portfolio of audiological devices. A successful candidate will be able to maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of distributors covering the United States, define and execute stated business objectives including annual sales growth goals, and manage marketing spend within budgeted amounts.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proven ability to grow sales.
Competent in all disciplines related to the business cycle including budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Highly organized with the attention to detail.
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proven supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Resource Management applications.
