The team is responsible for risk management, internal audit, supplier revenue, tax, insurance and investor relations, finance operations, corporate financial planning and analysis, strategy and business insights, and procurement and facilities.

Position Overview

Finance & Strategy is seeking an Oracle Fusion Finance Analyst to play a critical role in the implementation, customization, and support of Oracle Fusion applications. This role's expertise will bridge the gap between technical and functional aspects, ensuring seamless integration of Oracle Fusion modules while addressing internal stakeholders' business needs.

The role also includes inputting to the internal audit function strategy and delivering against it; building relationships and working collaboratively with senior leaders and stakeholders across the company; coordinating activity with other risk and control functions; undertaking and managing simultaneous audits; participation in ad-hoc projects and investigations; and providing risk and control advisory services across a diverse and complex business and technology landscape.

Position Description

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.
  • Lead and participate in the requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Finance applications to align with business processes, using a combination of technical and functional expertise.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of requirements, design specifications, and implementation steps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance on best practices, configurations, and enhancements within Oracle Fusion Finance applications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, performing root cause analysis and proposing solutions to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Conduct training sessions for designated subject matter experts to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle Fusion Finance applications.
  • Assist in basic ad hoc report creation.
  • Stay updated with Oracle Fusion product updates, enhancements, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or in a relevant field
  • Experience with at least one full cycle Oracle Fusion Finance implementation
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials of one of the following towers: O2C (Receivables and Collections), R2R (GL, FAH, FA, Cash Management, Intercompany, Lease Accounting), P2P (Expenses, Payables), PPM.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a Finance or Accounting role
  • Experience configuring Oracle Fusion Finance Financials, Procurement, or Projects applications with proper setups, rules, workflows
  • Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  • Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL is a plus*

  • Ability to produce simple, clear, efficient, and effective communication, particularly the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simplified manner
  • Demonstrable understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance system configurations that enable the business processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical and functional issues
  • Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a large, global diverse team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy; inclusive of data mining and ad hoc reporting
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, including the ability to inspire confidence and establish credibility with internal stakeholders
  • Capable of acting independently and objectively, with the courage to constructively present recommendations in potentially sensitive or contentious areas
  • Ability to establish and maintain a network of relationships with stakeholders
