The Residential Marketing Manager leads the strategy and execution of marketing efforts for CEE's residential programs within the Efficient Technology Accelerator (ETA), while serving as a strategy liaison for CEE's other residential programs. The ETA program aims to usher new technologies to the market that save energy and carbon, identify market barriers and opportunities, and work to rapidly scale adoption of identified technologies to benefit all Minnesotans.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a breadth of creative marketing strategy development, as this role will define and guide B2C and B2B marketing strategies to help achieve ETA's program goals. The role includes identifying market research needs, leveraging market research in strategy development, a high degree of collaboration with program and marketing team staff, employing a wide array of marketing strategies, and leading processes to measure and constantly improve our marketing impact.
This position reports to CEE's head of marketing and may have direct reports in the future. This is a full-time position that provides a wide range of benefits including Paid Time Off (PTO), medical, dental, life and long-term disability insurance and a retirement plan.

CEE launched a statewide market transformation program, called ETA, in 2023, with committed and growing funding from the State of Minnesota and its utilities. This program accelerates the development and adoption of emerging energy efficiency technologies, bringing efficiency and electrification technologies and practices more rapidly to scale. CEE is building and expanding this dream team of talent to grow our market transformation program into a major new source of energy and carbon reduction in the state.

Qualifications/Job Requirements:
Compensation - Depending upon qualification and experience, the salary range for this position is expected to be between $80-$85K.
Location - This position is hybrid and based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
