HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Overview & Key Responsibilities):

  • Build and maintain customer and internal relationships
  • Achieve annual sales goals in assigned territory
  • Manage large installation projects with project management and supply chain teams
  • Focus on automotive dealership, fleet, and municipal markets
  • Develop new accounts through effective daily planning
  • Manage equipment sales pipeline using CRM system
  • Implement professional sales process and identify customer needs
  • Collaborate with VP of Sales on territory activities
  • Schedule projects and gather customer feedback with Installation team
  • Assist Lube-Tech Regional and National sales teams
  • Monitor competition and market trends
  • Stay updated through workshops and professional networks
  • Contribute to Sales and Enterprise goals
  • Attend industry workshops and company events
  • Remote work with travel to customer sites as required

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):

Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience

Experience/Training:

  • 3-5 years capital equipment sales experience
  • 5+ years calling on the automotive, fleet and/or municipal market segments with strong preference for equipment sales
  • Ability to identify and influence key decision makers
  • Proven strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • High-level of integrity, work ethic and accountability
  • Effective written and oral communication skills

Licenses/Certificates: Valid driver's license

Technology/Equipment:

  • Proficient skills in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred
