Job Opening: Physical Therapist Assistant ( PTA )
Locations: will be providing care locally in the metro area at senior facilities
Status: Hourly
Type: 32-40 hours per pay period
Shift: Day

Responsibilities: Provides professional physical therapy services using recognized and approved techniques and appropriate professional judgment under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist. Is responsible for providing quality patient care.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association. Licensed in Minnesota.

Special knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations
  • Experience working with seniors in a skilled nursing facility preferred
  • Experience in both outpatient and inpatient therapy desired
  • Ability to accurately plan and carry out assignments without direct supervision
  • High level of commitment to compassionate customer service
