Job Description:
Oversees and has responsibility for the Campus Services team, which may include; Medical Equipment, Patient Transport, Gift Shop, and Volunteer & Guest Services departments. Provides day-to-day technical and operational leadership while providing support for escalated Campus Services issues. Creates and manages the departments annual budget, and monitors monthly productivity for each department within Campus Services.
Principle Responsibilities
Leadership responsibilities.
Provide day-to-day operational leadership, and oversee Campus Services staff and their associated responsibilities.
Determine Campus Service's strategic vision and monitor process, progress, and results.
Delegate decision making responsibility for routine situations that have established procedures.
Exercise independent judgment for solving complex issues.
Ensure adequate department staffing.
Manage the volunteer program, and collaborate with department leaders to explore ongoing opportunities for volunteer utilization.
Daily Operations.
Use available data to develop and implement strategic ways to improve customer service scores.
Develop relationships and negotiate current contracts with rental companies and vendors.
Manage the purchasing, rental, inventory tracking methods, billing, and maintenance of patient medical equipment.
Analyze Transport volumes and adjust staffing accordingly.
Assess medical equipment utilization and inventory to make recommendations based on volumes.
Ensure code cart checks are completed and documented.
Order supplies as needed for all areas of oversight.
Financial management.
Develop budget and financial goals for the Campus Services departments.
Communicate budgetary goals with staff and manage to the department's established budget.
Maintain productivity standards to ensure annual budget goals are met.
Understand and articulate reasons for revenue and cost variances.
Create action plans to improve any existing variances.
Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure vendor payments are accurate and paid timely.

Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description
2 to 5 years experience in campus services or operations
2 to 5 years supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
2 to 5 years volunteer coordination experience
2 to 5 years retail/customer service experience
2 to 5 years healthcare experience
