Title Administrative Coordinator (Bluffdale, UT) Description

Position Summary:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing administrative support to the Operations Manager. Also, may support other managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to the organization's needs. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Ability to effectively communicate professionally with all levels of employees in the organization, verbally and in emails.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is bilingual in Spanish, tech savvy, with attention to detail, and willing to learn.

$24 per hour DOE

Day Shift 35-45 hours per week

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Accomplishes the required work independently by gathering and organizing required information
  • Schedule travel arrangements and hotel bookings for employees as needed
  • Coordinate with the supervisors regarding time sheets and time corrections
  • Program phones and tablets with basic applications for the new employees
  • General filing
  • Safety Compliance maintenance
  • Review and prepare documents
  • Provide operations support and documentation support for the Operations Manager
  • Organized with attention to details
  • Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Position Requirements

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

  1. High School Diploma or GED is required. Associates degree is preferred
  2. Experience as an office administrative assistant, in the construction industry is a plus
  3. Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred
  4. Tech-savvy
  5. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work is a fast-paced construction office environment
  7. Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  8. Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word as well as skilled use of office equipment
